- We collect only information needed to operate the Extended Essay workflow and school administration.
- School data is tenant-scoped and protected by role- and identity-aware row-level security.
- Schools and users have workflows for access, rectification, restriction, export and deletion requests.
- Data is hosted on Base44 managed infrastructure; storage and processing locations depend on our service configuration and current provider arrangements.
- Student data is not sold or used for advertising profiles. We do not train our own AI models on student data; optional AI-assisted features may process relevant user- or staff-initiated content through Base44 AI and its disclosed model-provider chain.
